The Grateful Head Pizza is a local pizzeria joint that provides a family-friendly environment. It has an unique story as it started its journey in Hochatown in an old abandoned schoolhouse. They have many specialty pizza options on their menu with interesting names, such as Dire Wolf, Tree Hugger, Psychedelic Supremo. And they all taste amazing! If you don’t like a speciality pizza on the menu, then you can make your own pizza too. It has something to please everyone in your family, from classic pizzas to specialties pies and vegan crusts.

Besides pizzas, they also have a tap room where they serve all kinds of beer and wine, though their wine selection could be a bit limited. If you are a beer drinker then do try some of the local beer they offer from Mountain Fork Brewery. Overall, the restaurant’s ambience is quite nice and they even have live music in the beer garden on the weekends. And don’t forget to shop at their souvenir shop next door!

Do note that they do get quite busy with long wait times, so plan on arriving early. They do offer pickup options as well.
